YOU ARE NOW ENTITLED TO A FLU VACCINATION AND WILL SHORTLY RECEIVE A LETTER 

ADVISING OF CLINIC DATE AND TIME

TO HELP REDUCE THE POTENTIAL SPREAD OF INFECTION,

WE ARE ADVISING ALL PATIENTS TO PHONE BEFORE COMING TO THE SURGERY

and in other enclosed spaces

It is a requirement for patients to wear a face covering when entering the surgery.
