Making an Appointment

The surgery now operates a triage appointment service only. 

You can contact the surgery

between 8.30 am & 10.00 am  

on tel: 02890 364048 (OPTION 3)

to leave your contact details with the receptionist and the GP will then contact you to offer advise via the phone or an appointment if needed.

f you need an appointment for any of the following:

* Fostering / HGV / PSV medicals

* 8 week childhood immunisation

* Minor Surgery

You can contact the surgery between

BETWEEN 11.00 - 1.00PM

                 and     

2.00 - 3.00PM  (OPTION 4)

the receptionist will take the details and add your name to the routine appointment waiting list.  They will then contact you when there is a free appointment to see the GP.

We will endeavour to arrange an appointment with the doctor of your choice, but if this is not possible we will offer you an appointment with another doctor within the practice.

An emergency case will be dealt with efficiently, but please respect this facility. When more time is needed e.g. for a medical examination, minor surgery or a smear test, please let the receptionist know.
